14) WHITE WALKER LIEUTENANT (Previous Ranking: Unranked)

The otherwordly bad guys need to be represented on this list, and while the Night King might well rank higher if he ever got into a one-on-one fight, we’ve yet to see it. His lieutenants are plenty formidable on their own, though.

It’s often said that your hero is only as talented as the foe he/she must defeat, and Thrones has the ultimate bad guys in the Night King and his wight army, a near unstoppable horde (like the Borg in the Star Trek universe) steamrolling every living thing in its path. Yet the dangerous lieutenants are vulnerable by themselves to individuals armed with the right tools; Jon Snow has killed two White Walkers, one in “Hardhome” (S5/E8) and “Beyond the Wall” (S7/E6), while Samwell Tarly and Meera Reed have picked off one apiece, in “Second Sons” (S3/E8) and “The Door” (S6/E5) respectively.

The White Walkers are big, bad and icy, but they are not invincible, although defeating them depends in significant part on the hardware you’re packing. Happily, our next entrant has all the firepower she needs.
