If being plain nutso evil makes you a decent fighter, then the sadomasochistic Ramsay Bolton takes the prize. When it comes to boots-on-the-ground, Ramsay may not be able to go toe-to-toe with other fighters on this list, but his tactics are unpredictable. More of a Grim Reaper than an Ares, Ramsay has murdered a lot of characters on Game of Thrones, and ended up having a large impact on the story, deserved or no.

Ramsay’s horrific abuse of both Theon Greyjoy and Sansa Stark changes their personalities. Beyond that, he kills his own father Roose alongside with his stepmother and half-brother, not to mention Osha the wildling and Rickon Stark. His army massacres Stannis Baratheon outside Winterfell and he very nearly defeats Jon Snow and his allied at the Battle of the Bastards, and even does in Wun Wun the giant with an arrow through the eye before he’s finally put dog for good.
