Westworld cosplay dominated DragonCon 2018 in Atlanta this year and what a delight it was to see fans represent the hit HBO series!

Westworld fans went all out at this year’s DragonCon over Labor Day! While the convention is a sci-fi and fantasy centered attraction, fandoms of all kinds were celebrated with the majority of the attendees being cosplayers.

Westworld was well represented at the conference, and as featured on Bleeding Cool, photographer Annette Wamser gathered the Westworld cosplayers for some stunning photos. Take a look at some of them through the previously mentioned article, as well as below!

Fans of the show sported costumes that represented almost every major character in the show. There were more than a dozen Dolores’ in ensembles that ranged from her iconic denim dress to her Wyatt bullet-toting outfit.

The Man in Black shared the same popularity with tons of enthusiasts wearing his distinguished black hat and dark clothing. The rest of the remarkable troupe represented Mariposa Maeve, Hector Escalante, Armistice, Robert Ford, a single drone, and some represented the cast from the Shogunworld episode, “Akane No Mai“.

The sheer creativity of the cosplayers that stitched, taped, and probably even stapled these costumes together is immeasurable. But I think the most stand out cosplay was the elaborate scene of Maeve lying in a pool of blood while the Delos techs pretend to fix the damage. It’s like a moment right out of the show–and it is epic.

DragonCon is a yearly convention for die-hard fans that celebrates all aspects of popular culture including movies, television, comics, art, gaming, and much more!

A huge congratulations to all the creative minds that brought Westworld to Dragoncon 2018!
