Rodrigo Santoro is set to star in an untitled Netflix sci-fi thriller starring Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Rodrigo Santoro aka Hector of Westworld is rooting himself across streaming services and is now joining Netflix after his latest role in Hulu series, Reprisal. Santoro is joining Amy Landecker (Transparent), Colson Baker, aka Machine Gun Kelly (Nerve), Allen Maldonado (The Last O.G.), Andrene Ward-Hammond (The Hate U Give), and Kyanna Simpson (The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks), according to Deadline.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jamie Foxx, and Dominique Fishback are in the lead roles for the film and will be directed by Henry Joost (Nerve) and Ariel Schulman (Catfish). Details on the plot and characters have not yet been released, and as of now, everything is being kept under wraps.
Given the nature of Westworld, it’s tough to say whether or not Santoro’s Hector will make an appearance in season 3 but he certainly has more than enough to keep him busy in the interim.
Between Hulu’s revenge thriller Reprisal pilot and now the untitled Netflix thriller, Santoro has a lot on his plate and we can’t wait to see what is role is in this specific thriller.
If you haven’t seen Rodrigo Santoro before Westworld then let us be the first to tell you what else he has appeared in which includes Lost, Ben-Hur, and 300: Rise of an Empire.
Santoro made quite the impression when he first appeared on the hit HBO series and his love affair with Maeve became a fan-favorite ship from the minute they graced our television screens.
