Sandor “the Hound” Clegane: A fierce fighter who would swear his Kingsguard vows before a night fire to R’hllor

As long as we’re handing out second chances to Theon, why don’t we throw one to the Hound? Sure, Sandor is a grouchy asshole, but he’s got fighting experience galore and has already served as a Kingsguard once before, although his heart wasn’t in it at the time.

The Hound isn’t naturally one for service, but there are things that could entice him to join Jon Snow’s Kingsguard. There’s his fondness for Arya, for one. And assuming Sansa Stark has a place in her brother-cousin’s court, the Hound could serve as her eyes and ears. Also, when the Hound inevitably defeats his brother Gregor “the Mountain” Clegane in season 8, he’ll have nothing better to do than stand around in a white cloak, killing people on command and making fun of Tormund.

Kindly get hype.
