Puzzle maker Wrebbit Puzzles Inc. has a new licensing agreement with HBO to make 3D puzzles based on famous landmarks from Game of Thrones. The Montreal-based company is famous for its Wizarding World of Harry Potter puzzles, like the Astronomy Tower from Hogwarts, below:
“We’ve always enjoyed a significant presence on the international market, especially in Europe,” said Wribbit president Jean Théberge. “Now with the CETA agreement and our logistics hub in Antwerp, Belgium, this will ensure a wider and even timelier distribution of Wrebbit 3D Game of Thrones puzzles worldwide, prior to upcoming Season 8 of the series.”
Guy really knows how to sell a puzzle, huh? Happily, the Red Keep puzzle speaks for itself:
Wrebbit is also making a 3D Winterfell puzzle. Both it and the Red Keep model should be available for purchase in the HBO Shop in early 2019, with plenty of time to put them together before the final season drops in April. According to the press release, the puzzles will feature “the company’s acclaimed tongue-and-groove technology that allows the pieces to interlock and assemble effortlessly.” If the final product look like the picture above, I’m down for whatever.
Having seen the company’s Harry Potter collection first hand, I’m excited for this. If you’re a collector of Game of Thrones merch or just want a fun way to spend a few hours, give Wrebbit’s wares a look.
