Jon and Cersei meet in King’s Landing
Let’s move from the Minčeta Tower to Bokar Fortress, another impressive structure on the Dubrovnik city walls:

As you can see, a Lannister flag flies above the fortress, so whatever scene is filmed here takes place when Cersei is still in charge. And indeed, Cersei herself was present, decked out in a badass new outfit that makes her old gowns look subtle:
"The Empress’s New Clothes from freefolk"
That is a queen girded for war.
Other attendees include Cersei’s soldiers, sporting the black uniforms they debuted in season 7…

…and her faithful bodyguard Gregor “the Mountain” Clegane — that’s actor Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson with the dark makeup on his face:

And now for our special guest: joining Lena Headey at Bokar Fortress is Kit Harington. That’s right: Cersei and Jon Snow, meeting one-on-one in King’s Landing:
"Why are they filming right in front of a window? Speculation time: I´m thinking on dragons from freefolk"
That’s showrunner Dan Weiss talking to the both of them, FYI.
How does this scene come about? We’re not sure. Perhaps Jon, after having been defeated by the White Walkers at Winterfell, retreats south and tries to take refuge in King’s Landing, which would put him at Cersei’s mercy. We can’t wait to find out more.
