Amazon’s Wheel of Time series is set to start production in September of this year, and showrunner Rafe Judkins has been sharing snippets of information with his followers on Twitter, usually in the form of the title page for an episode. Just last month, he shared the title of Episode 103:
“A Place of Safety”; tells you a lot.
And before that, he gave fans a glimpse at an actual script featuring three important characters: Bela, Tam al’Thor, and Rand.
Then, on Wednesday, Judkins revealed the script for Episode 104, which bears the title of the third book in author Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time novels: “The Dragon Reborn.”
An open flame near a script? Okay, Judkins.
As you can see, “The Dragon Reborn” is written by Dave Hill, who wrote such Game of Thrones episodes as “Sons of the Harpy,” “Home,” and “Eastwatch,” as well as the opening episode of season 8. Amazon’s only hiring the best.

And the image may have shown off more than Judkins meant it to. In the grand tradition of fans going above and beyond (we would never), the eagle-eyed folks at Wheel of Time fan site The Daily Trolloc enhanced this pic and made out some words on the page under the one on top. That page may reveal the title for Episode 106: “The Flame of Tar Valon.” In the books, the Flame of Tar Valon is the symbol of the White Tower, the tallest building in the Aes Sedai compound, where potential Aes Sedai and Warders hone their skills.
It ooks like things are moving rapidly over at Amazon’s Wheel of Time headquarters.
