Game of Thrones fans are among the best fans in the world, and that is putting it extremely lightly. These fans will go above and beyond to show their devotion, but one (incredibly rich) fan is going even further. This fan, who is not named, told HushHush.com, a luxury online marketplace, that he has about £14 million ($18.4 million American) put aside for a Game of Thrones-related project.

What is this project, you ask? This superrich superfan plans to recreate the series’ most iconic scenes on his 150-acre estate. Yes, you read that right. The fan has gone as far as hiring architects and set designers to ensure everything is as accurate as possible. Here’s exactly what he wants to do:

"In my mind, I want to turn part of my estate into a Game of Thrones’ fans’ dream, with various sets fro the show situated in different corners of the 150 or so acres — with pieces of memorabilia displayed in each one. I want to own the world’s most comprehensive and complete collection of GOT memorabilia and collectibles, howeer the project is still arond a year off of completion."

He notes that his wife is not a fan of Game of Thrones, by the way.

Of the $18.4 million, the fan has allocated $6.5 million of it specifically for authentic props. We’ll give you one guess as to the one prop he desires the most…yup, the Iron Throne. About $3.9 million of the prop budget is for that prop Iron Throne. Is there a chance he can get one off the set? Probably not, but hey, you never know.

So exactly what sets does this super-rich fan hope to re-create? He wants to do “the Throne Room from the Red Keep, Winterfell’s Great Hall, the Sept of Baelor, and the courtyard in Castle Black.” Is there any chance he’ll open up his home to the public?

HushHush.com is trying to fulfull the fan’s request by reaching out to the general public for help. So if you happen to know how to acquire the Iron Throne for $3.9 million or less, HushHush.com is looking for you!
