We’re a month away from the theatrical debut of the highly anticipated Avengers: Endgame. Hype is already pretty high, but Disney is pushing it into overdrive several new character posters. Check them out beneath the trailer.
Good and sad yet? These new posters have a pattern. The characters in color are still alive, while the ones in black and white are dead or were snapped away. dour stuff.
Check out Game of Thrones swag at Entertainment Earth.
Anyway, We start with Captain Marvel, Brie Larson:
Vision. Status: Snapped.
Here’s Ant-Man, who probably will hold the key to saving the entire planet.
Mantis feels this is a good poster for her.
Okoye survived the Snappening, and good thing, too, because Danai Gurira has to do something with her time now that she’s leaving The Walking Dead.
Doctor Strange M.D. got snapped away.
Gamora…ugh, we’re still not ready to talk about what happened to Gamora.
Gamora’s sister Nebula is alive and looking for revenge on Thanos.
Rocket Raccoon looks sad, which makes me sad. Maybe he just watched A Star is Born?
T’Challa, aka Black Panther, better come back for Endgame, Snap or no Snap.
Nick Fury may have been Snapped away, but at least he got a page off to Captain Marvel in time.
I’m just worried about Goose the Cat.
Oh phew, he’s good. (Yes, we know this one is fan-made)
Ah, Loki. We miss you, pal. Seriously though, Tom Hiddleston even makes death look good:
Hey look, Valkyrie survived the Snappening!
Can Tony Stark get back to earth in time to say something witty to Thanos before the Avengers fix everything? Let’s hope so.
You think Happy is just happy to have his own character poster?
Hulk better show up for Endgame, because he really let the team down in Infinity War.
Here’s Black Widow sporting long red hair:
Scarlet Witch is dust:
I guess this means Shuri got snapped?
The captain is happening:
The god of thunder is ready to rock:
Star Lord and Spider-Man, less so:
The world weeps for Drax:
Bucky’s hair looks good even in death:
Falcon, taken before his time:
Ant-Man is alive, but the Wasp…
Not Groot!
Wait, it’s okay, guys. Hawkeye is alive. Hooray.
And Dr. Strange’s magic colleague pulled through:
Jim Rhodes, aka War Machine, is still with us:
It looks like Pepper Potts survived as well:
Oh my god this series has a lot of characters. Did we miss anyone?
And to top this all off, Disney threw in a new featurette:
Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26. Avenge the fallen.
