We’re living in a superhero’s world, and there’s quite a bit of superhero news making the rounds today, particularly as regards Marvel, the MCU, and its legions of fans, which includes us. There’s a lot to talk about, but first, did you happen to see Chris Evans’ adorable interview with The Hollywood Reporter? Apparently, Captain American has a song in his heart:
"I want to do a musical so badly, man. Someone told me they’re [remaking] Little Shop of Horrors and I was like, ‘Oh, can I be down? Please? Can I be the dentist?"
I don’t know about all of you, but this is something I’d love to see happen.

We’re now less than a month away from the premiere of Avengers: Endgame, and if you’re like me, you’ve rewatched the trailer about a million times. Everyone is wondering: how will the Avengers defeat Thanos the mad titan?
As reported by Vox, one genius Redditor has a theory so awesome it has to be true. Are you ready?
"How would this work? Well, Ant-Man, making good use of his ability to turn himself tiny or huge, would shrink down a whole lot, scoot on up into Thanos’s giant purple rectum, then suddenly grow large enough to make him explode from the inside. Got it? Good."
The best part? Paul Rudd actually commented on this theory:
Switching gears to things that might actually happen in Endgame, the Russo brothers talked to BoxOfficePro about how the movie differs from its predecessors:
"I will say that the movie is definitely unique in tone. It has its own spirit that’s different than Infinity War, which is why I was keen for us to separate the movies. It’s different tonally than Infinity War, and it is told from a different point of view. It was important for us in our minds as film directors to separate those two, because we do not want to make the same movie twice, and ways that you can differentiate films are through tone and point of view."
At the end of the day, Infinity War was all about Thanos. Perhaps Endgame will shift things back to the heroes’ perspective? Thanos was completely absent from the trailer, after all.
Finally, Variety had some interesting Marvel news that didn’t have anything to do with Endgame. You all remember Angelina Jolie, right? Well, she may be in talks to become a part of the MCU.
Per Variety, Jolie is in negotiations to appear in Marvel’s The Eternals, about a group of immortal beings who have battled each other throughout the ages. There are still plenty of stories left to tell in the Marvel universe, and if Jolie is interested, we say more power to her.
