Thanos finally shows up in latest Avengers: Endgame trailer

It’s just a day for epic teases, isn’t it?

So we’re less than a month out from the release of Avengers: Endgame, a movie that — let’s face it — has a decent chance of becoming the most successful movie in the history of the United States, and maybe the world, although Avatar is a tough one to topple.

So Marvel doesn’t need to drum up hype, but it’s doing it anyway. The latest teaser finally gives us a glimpse of Thanos, who we haven’t seen in any of the promotional materials up to this point:

Save your big guns for when you need them, right?

Other things to note are that, after several teasers spent floating through the empty void of space, Tony Stark looks like he’s back on terra firma. We all expected that to happen somehow, but consider it confirmed. As for whatever dangerous plan the Avengers are discussing, the theories on that run rampant. Feel free to dive in.

In other Avengers news, in anticipation for Endgame, a few AMC theaters are running a marathon of all 22 movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, from 2008’s Iron Man through 2019’s Captain Marvel. That sounds exciting, although at the moment AMC’s link doesn’t seem to be working. So…just keep clicking?
