The British army performs with the Night’s Watch, and other funnies

*** FREE FOR EDITORIAL USE ****** EDITORIAL USE ONLY ***To celebrate the launch of Season 8 of Game of Thrones on Sky Atlantic, the Night’s Watch, from the global hit TV series, take part in a military performance with the Coldstream Guards Band of the British Army at the Tower of London who performed the iconic soundtrack to the show. Sky Atlantic partnered with the British Army to choreograph the spectacle, which took two months of precise military and musical planning. The crowds had been expecting a traditional Changing of Sentry Duty from the Coldstream Guards, as they played ‘The Standard of St George March’ before suddenly switching into the Game of Thrones soundtrack. We’re just a few days away from the premiere of Game of Thrones season 8, and everyone everywhere wants a piece, starting with this video of England’s Coldstream Guards (the British guys who stand outside the Tower of London in big furry hats) playing the Game of Thrones theme song as dudes dressed up as Night’s Watchmen march out and show off their sword skills. Watch it immediately:

Next up, Jimmy Fallon gets his Game of Thrones on for a sketch featuring some very special guests stars. Taking place in “Rockfell”, a “regular-sized council” gathers to answer just one question: “How long must we f**cking wait for Game of Thrones?”

“Shorts weather is coming.” And Fallon managed to snag both Sean Bean (Ned Stark) and George R.R. Martin himself as guests stars. Not bad.
