Doctor Who: New Tenth Doctor audio on vinyl out now!

Doctor Who fans and vinyl collectors in the UK, be sure to head down to ASDA today, where new Tenth Doctor story The Creeping Death has just been released!
Last week saw the release of three brand new Doctor Who adventures starring David Tennant as the Doctor and Catherine Tate as Donna Noble. These stories were initially released on just CD and download, but now one of the stories, The Creeping Death, has been released on vinyl, exclusive to UK supermarket chain ASDA.
We’ve had quite a few Big Finish stories released on vinyl over the past couple of years, but this has to be the shortest gap between the initial CD/download and the later vinyl release dates that we’ve had yet. Of course, the fact that this story features the very popular combination of the Tenth Doctor and Donna, arguably one of the most popular pairings of the New Series at least, will certainly be a huge draw for fans.
Here’s the official description of the story:
"London, 1952, and a deadly smog envelops the capital. But something even more dangerous – and alien – is hiding within the mists. When the Doctor and Donna get lost in the fog, they find a motley group of Londoners trying to make their way home. Very soon, the stakes are raised, as death creeps along fume-choked streets, and not everyone will make it out alive…"
The new vinyl is currently sold by ASDA and is limited to just 1000 copies.

Writer Roy Gill seems to be very happy that his story is getting a vinyl release.
"Being asked to write for David Tennant and Catherine Tate was already a huge thrill, but how awesome to hear The Creeping Death will be getting a vinyl release too! I think this nineteen-fifties tale of a band of London misfits against whatever-it-is that lurks in the smog will work beautifully on a neon green LP!"
As with many of Big Finish’s previous releases on vinyl – including Zygon Hunt and Cold Vengeance – The Creeping Death has a very limited release. Only 1000 copies are available, so if you want a copy, be sure to get it quickly!
But if you’re eager to simply hear the story, you can either get it on its own, or as part a limited edition five CD box set from Big Finish’s website.
Along with The Creeping Death, The Tenth Doctor Adventures: Volume 3 also features the return of Wilf and Donna’s mother Sylvia in No Place and, fitting for this month’s biggest news about Series 12, the Judoon in One Mile Down. Expect us to review all three of these exciting stories very soon.
