Game of Thrones is taking to the high seas with a whole new fan experience! Starting in August of 2020, fans can hop aboard and sail the world visiting the series’ most famous filming locations. People broke down the amazing (and very tempting) itinerary for the cruise, and rest assured, it will not disappoint.

Officially kicking off on August, 8th 2020, Cruise Croatia will begin the seven-day cruise in the city of Split, where vacationers will see where the show brought Meereen to life. Apart from Northern Ireland, Croatia is probably the country most associated with Game of Thrones filming — parts of the country have stood in from everything from King’s Landing to Qarth, so it’s a natural place to start.

Only 38 fans will make it onto this first luxury cruise, so there’s going to be a lot of competition.

Anyway, after a day in Split, the cruise will make stops in Dubrovnik, which fans will recognize as King’s Landing. The whole thing ends with a Game of Thrones-themed bash in King’s Landing.

Check out the full Cruise Croatia itinerary below!

"7 nights on board a luxury yacht cruise with breakfast and lunch included daily and a private balconyGame of Thrones filming locations tour in both Split and Dubrovnik, with English speaking Game of Thrones expertCroatia’s leading Game of Thrones expert as the guide in DubrovnikVisits the spectacular Krka National Park and beautiful waterfallsDiscover Croatia’s iconic UNESCO listed citiesEnjoy beach side cocktails on the Cosmopolitan island of HvarGame of Thrones welcome pack on arrivalEnjoy an epic farewell party in the Kings LandingInternational return economy flights"

Is it at all possible to take more than 38 people at a time, please?

The cost of the trip will be approximately $1,895/person, but if you’re looking for the VIP experience, then you will have to dish out about $2,395/person. The price is pretty hefty, but Cruise Croatia is currently running a contest where one person can go on the cruise for free and bring three of their friends! The contest will run until June 9.
