Also on the docket is a frank discussion of George R.R. Martin’s new fondness for video games, and whether helping make one is a betrayal of millions of people. However people feel about it, I think we can all agree that he can make up for everything if he announces that The Winds of Winter is complete when and if he appears at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, which is the pie-in-the-sky theory I have chosen to adopt, no doubt to my eventual sorrow.
