The Stranger Things 3 premiere is right around the corner, and it appears as if there is nothing Netflix won’t do to promote the show’s new season. I mean, we’ve already seen marketing campaigns with Baskin Robins ice cream, Coke, Nike, and Burger King’s Whopper. So, it should come as no surprise that a Stranger Things pop-up fair is in the works as well.
According to the Los Angeles Daily News, Netflix is hosting a weekend event on Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30 at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier, and will have Stranger Things-themed carnival-style games and treats, as well as a Curiosity House with a Stranger Things motif.
Carnival-goers will have a chance to win a replica of Max’s BMX bike at the Hawkins Bike Shop, there will also be performances by the Hawkins High School Cheerleaders and ’80s cover bands, as well as food eating contests, and magicians.
