Disney reveals plans for Avengers Campus theme park
Disney’s D23 Expo is in full swing, and the House of Mouse is putting on quite the show. While a lot of people are apying attention to announcements about Disney’s new streaming service, Disney+, there are loads more attractions and panels to enjoy.
Case in point: Disney revealed its plans for an all-new Marvel land theme park called the Avengers Campus, to be built in the Disney California Adventure theme park in Anaheim, California. Check out the concept art:
This is exciting news, although it comes at a bit of an awkward time, since Disney just lost the right to use Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe even though he’s all over the ideas for the new park.
I’m sure it’ll all work out.
This GIF shows Disney’s vision of what Avengers Campus will look like when it’s finished:
Visitors to Avengers Campus will be part of a huge, interconnected story that spans across the globe. From California to Paris to Hong Kong, Disneyland guests will get to try and recruit others to join them.

The Disney Parks panel will take place in Hall D23 this Sunday, so look out for more info then.
