“LANAAAA!”

Archer himself, H. Jon Benjamin, will gleefully hunt tribbles in an all-new Star Trek: Short Treks episode this Thursday on CBS All Access. Hey, that’s tomorrow!

Short Treks are 10-20 minute mini-episodes of Star Trek that usually focus on the lighthearted, humorous side of space, the final frontier.

Benjamin, who’s also Bob in Bob’s Burgers, plays scientist Edward Larkin. Rosa Salazar (Alita: Battle Angel) is the newly-appointed Captain Lynne Lucero. They and the rest of the crew have to deal with the rapidly expanding population of tribbles aboard the U.S.S. Cabot. Check out the trailer:

Who would want to hunt those cute, cooing little furballs? Can anyone tell if the one tribble is pooping or vomiting out new tribble babies? It’s important I know.

Anyway, the episode title, “The Trouble With Edward,” is a play on the classic Star Trek episode “The Trouble With Tribbles” from way back in 1967. And the world has wanted their own tribble/been terrified of them ever since.

As SyFyWire points out, tribbles also appeared in the film Star Trek: Into Darkness, as well as a myriad of other Star Trek incarnations throughout the years.
