Take the Black Podcast: Let’s play the Star Wars rumor game!

facebooktwitterreddit

Welcome to another episode the Take the Black Podcast with House Razor, the circus peanuts at the bottom of Take the Black Live with House Selcke’s Halloween candy stash. On this week’s episode, we address the growing concern over Blood Moon, the Game of Thrones prequel from Jane Goldman, get an Outlander season 5 primer from super-fan Isis, and play a fun Star Wars rumors/spoilers game.

As usual, the Take the Black Podcast is rife with casual swearing, so make sure small children and easily offended members of the Greatest Generation are out of earshot. Oh, and there are some possible The Rise of Skywalker spoilers in there. You’ve been warned.

As you may have noticed, we changed our intro/outro theme. That’s because the Take the Back Podcast is expanding to include movies and shows and books beyond Westeros. If you have ideas about you want to hear, please let us know!

Don’t forget: Take the Black Podcast is on iTunes, and Google Play! Please subscribe and download from there if you can. Also, you can help us out by giving us a five-star rating and leaving a friendly comment! We’re also now on Spreaker, so try us there, as well.

Most importantly, here’s the clip of Tim Curry singing in The Worst Witch we told you about. Treasure it always:

Fun fact: Did you know the 1986 original film featured Game of Thrones star Diana Rigg (Olenna Tyrell)? And when they remade the movie as a TV show in 2017, Bella Ramsey (Lyanna Mormont) took on the main role! You can’t escape Game of Thrones stars.
