WandaVision is coming to Disney+ this year!

Disney+ has given fans some extra special news: WandaVision, one of the streaming services upcoming slate of Marvel series, is apparently coming later this year!
This news came in the form of a tweet from Disney’s official Twitter account. What are we getting in 2020? The all-new Lizzie McGuire series. Hooray! The second season of The Mandalorian. Awesome! The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the first of Disney’s new Marvel series. Terrific! And apparently, we’re getting WandaVision as well.

Disney+’s vision is looking bright and clear in 2020, or should I say 20/20?
We don’t know when WandaVision might premiere, but considering that we thought we wouldn’t be seeing it at all until 2021 or so, we’ll could this as a win.
As the name implies, WandaVision will revolve around the Wanda Maximoff, aka the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany), last seen being very dead in Avengers: Infinity War. How does he come back? We’re not sure, but the promos for the show suggest it will go to some very strange places, including at least one episode inspired by sitcoms from the 1950s?

I don’t know what crazy, wacky adventure the series will take us on, but I’m super excited. I’m also very curious about how the 1950s timeline plays a role in the series. Remember: this all takes place after the events of Endgame. How do we get from Point A to Point What?
According to Elizabeth Olsen herself, the series is a culmination of multiple comic book stories and is going to be a wild ride. Also, Fresh Off the Boat’s Randall Park is in it. I don’t know who or what he’s playing, but if he’s there, I think WandaVision is off to a wonderful start already.
The future is indeed 20/20 thanks to Disney+–and it couldn’t get here faster.
