For years, Vladimír Furdík helped choreograph fights on Game of Thrones, helping build the show’s reputation for pulse-pounding action. He also served as a stunt performer starting in season 5. But fans surely remember him best as the man behind the Night King, a role he took on in season 6 and played right up until Arya stabbed him into a million ice cubes.

He also posts a lot on social media. Really, the guy’s Twitter feed is full of priceless images and videos:

He also posts stuff on his new gigs, including Netflix’s new fantasy hit The Witcher, where he also served as a fight choreographer. Here he is with actor Anya Chalotra, who played the sorceress Yennefer:

And that was far from the only thing Furdík posted. Check out some of his behind-the-scenes looks at fight rehearsals:

Like I said, the guy LOVES posting on social media.

Anyway, given how often people compare The Witcher to Game of Thrones, it’s cool that there’s some continuity behind the scenes. The fights on the Netflix show have earned it a lot of praise, too, so clearly Furdík’s reputation precedes him.

Unfortunately, it sounds like he won’t returning for the second season of the show, at least according to a brief exchange he had on his Instagram. With everything he’s done, any show or movie would be lucky to have him.

And in the meantime, we’ll always have Furdík’s Twitter. Really, you could spend all day looking at the cool behind-the-scenes stuff he’s posted.
