After a two-week break, we’re back with more Take the Black Live! I have no idea what we would if we couldn’t chat about the latest movies and TV shows with you. Thank heaven the holidays are over.

We have a lot to cover this week, starting with all the stuff we took in over the break. Get ready for warmed over takes on Star Wars: The Rise of SkywalkerThe Witcher, and The Mandalorian.

Also happening during the break, if only just: the Golden Globes, where a couple of Hollywood’s finest gave some very moving acceptance speeches. We break ’em down.

And finally, what are we looking forward to in the year to come. From the first of the TV shows set in the MCU to the latest from Pixar to the most interesting-looking Disney remake yet to HBO’s sharp new space comedy, we have a lot to look forward to.

Oh, and George R.R. Martin might even give us The Winds of Winter. And if he doesn’t, he told us what we could do.

The Take the Black Podcast is on iTunes and Google Play! Please subscribe and download from there if you can. Also, you can help us out by giving us a five-star rating and leaving a friendly comment! We’re also now on Spreaker, so try us there, as well.

It’s great to be back! If you wanna watch us live and interact with us, we stream every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. CST on the WiC Facebook page. See you then!
