After a week off, Take the Black Live is back and better than ever. How good? You’ll have to watch above and find out!
We catch up on a bunch of news we missed from the past couple of weeks, including:
- In Game of Thrones, we get educated on the book-only image on the front of the 2020 Song of Ice and Fire calendar and check in with the big-ticket superhero movie employing two of the show’s most beloved actors.
- Disney pulled back the curtain on its highly anticipated Marvel shows, complete with release dates! We break them down. WandaVision looks all kinds of weird and I love it.
- It was a leaky week for Amazon as the first image from its Wheel of Time show found its way on the internet. Is this the next big thing in fantasy TV?
- Universal had a frustrating week, too, as they tried to keep a lid on the Dune logo getting out there. But it’s all there for us to analyze to our heart’s content.
And of course, we talk about what we’re watching lately, from Star Trek: Picard to Avenue 5 to The Outsider. There are pleasant surprises and disappointments to go around.
The Take the Black Podcast is on iTunes and Google Play! Please subscribe and download from there if you can. Also, you can help us out by giving us a five-star rating and leaving a friendly comment! We’re also now on Spreaker, so try us there, as well.
