Netflix is going all-in with Tina Fey and Robert Carlock’s post-apocalyptic animated comedy series Mulligan. They’ve ordered 20 episodes, according to Deadline, and the series will be one you won’t want to miss.

And why am I so confident about how great it will be? Well, the story takes place after aliens attack and destroy the planet. Humanity is trying to figure out how to resume life, and how to make sure to “get it right this time.” It’s basically if the world got a second go at treating the planet better — what would we do to make sure that our mistakes weren’t repeated?

Between climate change and whatever’s happening with world politics these days, I think a lot us are wondering what it would be like if we had a clean slate. Could we actually get it right this time? Fey and Carlock, who have been working together since 30 Rock on through Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, seem like just the comic minds to explore that question.

Add in some animation, and I think we’ve got ourselves a pretty epic series to look forward to. Personally, I’ll watch anything with Fey’s name on it, because she is a comedic genius. Netflix has ordered 20 episodes, which should be plenty for the series to tell the story it wants to.
