2. Spartacus

Do you know who can’t practice social distancing? The gladiators of Spartacus.

In a lot of ways, Starz’s series about a group of slave gladiators revolting against the Roman Empire is one of the great predecessors to Game of Thrones and many of the other shows we’ve come to love over the past decade. Sure, the fight scenes, nudity, and mythology-themed swearing might be a bit over the top at times (ok, way over the top), but it’s still a highly entertaining show with a lot to offer.

And hey, any show that has Lucy Lawless is worth watching in my book.

There are three seasons of the main Spartacus run, as well as a prequel season called Gods of the Arena. If you want the full experience, the prequel (which in my opinion is also the best season) should be watched between seasons one and two.
