Hollywood may be shut down due to the coronavirus, but people are nothing if not resourceful. Latenight talk show hosts like Conan O’Brien are simply recording their shows from their homes and having on guests like normal…well, almost normal.

Just the other day, Game of Thrones veteran Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) went on Conan to talk about everything from social distancing to moving on from Game of Thrones to her new Quibi show, Survive. Take a look!

Probably the most interesting part comes near the end, when Turner talks about working with wolves on Survive. “We were working with the people who provided the wolves for Game of Thrones,” she recalled. “It was actually quite horrible because in Game of Thrones the wolves are our pets, our soulmates, kind of. And on this, I have to basically fight a wolf and try and kill the thing. I found it to be quite symbolic, actually. Game of Thrones had just ended, so I was figuratively killing the wolf and ending my career.”

Never forget Lady!

Survive, by the way, is about a pair of people — Jane (Turner) and Paul (Corey Hawkins) — who survive a plane crash in the snowy mountains and must survive the descent on foot. They play a clip at 11:30, and frankly it’s kind of terrifying for anyone who has a fear of heights. The show looks pretty good, though.

Survive is on Quibi, a new streaming service due out April 6. All the shows — including Survive, which will be out on Day 1, are built for mobile viewing, with each episode lasting about 10 minutes. This is either a completely brilliant idea or a dud. We’ll find out soon enough!

Beyond that, Turner talks about how she’s adjusting to life in quarantine. From the casual wear to the time spent with husband Joe Jonas to the day-drinking, apparently it suits her! “I’m an introvert, I’m a homebody…if I could stay at home all day, I would, so this is great for me.”

"It’s so frustrating seeing these people going out and spring-breaking all over the place…I don’t understand how you can be that selfish, to put doctor’s lives at risk who are going to have to end up treating you and then become vulnerable to the infection by treating you…I mean, you’re literally being asked to do nothing…It should be fairly easy."

I’ll point out that it’s probably less easy for people who are missing out on work and money they badly need, but point taken: as an introvert myself, I won’t pretend like there haven’t been some nice things about having to stay home all day. Although I feel seriously called out by Turner wondering about people who still put on jeans (or as she puts it, “denim trousers”) every day. “Are you a psychopath?”

No, I’m not a psychopath; I just find it easier to work from home if I look the part. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go water the human heads in my fridge.
