The Outlander season 5 finale, “Never My Love,” is upon us, and we have a lot of questions before the big day.

Outlander officially wraps up its fifth season this Sunday, and I’ll be the first to say, this season has been an emotional rollercoaster. We’ve been put through the wringer between Jamie’s near-death experience, the locust infestation, Stephen Bonnet, and now, Claire’s abduction.

I’m almost afraid to see what the season 5 finale has in store for us, and whatever it is, we’ll probably have to be satisfied with it for a while. With Hollywood still not fully up and running in the wake of the coronavirus, this next Droughtlander might last longer than they have in the past.

Whether you’re a fan of the book, series, or both, we’re all going into the finale with uncertainty. Those of you who have read the books know what is potentially going to take place, and from what I understand, it’s looking extremely grim for the Fraser/MacKenzie family. But then again, the show has been known to change things from the source text, so we can’t be sure of anything. This show has managed time and time again to surprise book and show fans alike.

I know I have a lot of questions about what will happen next, as I’m sure you all do. So, let’s talk through some of them, shall we?
