If you haven’t heard the good news, actor Ahmed Best — the guy who earned a generation of scorn from Star Wars fans by playing Jar Jar Binks in the prequel trilogy — is hosting a new game show for kids called Star Wars: Jedi Temple Challenge.

When we first heard about this show, we assumed it was going to air on Disney+, like other Star Wars shows like The Mandalorian. As it ends up, it’ll actually run on StarWarsKids.com, either on the website itself or the Star Wars Kids YouTube page. Does the show skew too young even for Disney+?

As for the show itself, it’ll involve Best — playing a Jedi and not a hayseed amphibious alien — hosting a contest for young contestants who will test their mastery “in the core Jedi principles of strength, knowledge, and bravery,” with the goal of becoming Jedi Knights.

All that and Mary Holland will voice a wacky droid sidekick, because every game show host needs a second banana. Check out the trailer below:

And if that doesn’t get you (or your 8-year-old) amped, there’s also a nifty poster:

So Jedi Temple Challenge is basically Legends of the Hidden Temple or Double Dare from Nickelodeon’s heyday in the 90s, but with cool Star Wars stuff added. Color me interested, Disney.

Star Wars: Jedi Temple Challenge debuts on June 3.
