Amazon has tall mountain to climb in adapting Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time series. Here are the moments we’re looking forward to in the first season:
The Eye of the World is the first book in Robert Jordan’s fantasy series The Wheel of Time, kicking off an epic journey that spans 14 volumes and follows thousands of characters. The series is in the process of being adapted for television by Amazon Studios. The Wheel of Time has a massive fan base who’ve been waiting years for an adaptation like this, and excitement is high.
Fans have probably read the first book a number of times and imagined various chapters in their heads. Those scenes will finally be fleshed out on the small screen, backed by a massive budget. There are plenty of memorable moments to look forward to. To get everyone’s mouths watering, we’ve put gathered some of the bits from Eye of the World that we’re most looking forward to seeing on TV!
