The Last Kingdom Funko Pop! figures are coming, thank the gods

Rejoice, arselings: Funko is releasing a line of vinyl Pop! figures based on Netflix’s The Last Kingdom. Time for tiny Uhtred to go into battle!

The good news keeps rolling in for fans of The Last Kingdom. Not long ago we learned that Netflix’s medieval drama following the adventures of Uhtred son of Uhtred had been renewed for a fifth season. Now, Funko has announced a line of Pop! figures based on the series, which is great, because a series doesn’t exist unless there are adorable, weirdly proportioned dolls of the characters available.

Brokered by Spotlight Licencing, the line will include Funko’s signature Pop! figures with enlarged heads, as well as t-shirts, pins, keychains and more. The news comes to us from License Global.

“We know fans have been asking for ‘The Last Kingdom’ collectible Pop! figures, and we are glad to make this happen for them,” said Spotlight Licensing president Carole Postal. There’s no word on who exactly we’re getting, or in what variants, but for now we can just thank the gods that we’ll soon have little versions of the rightful Lord of Bebbanburg, Finan, King Alfred and more to adorn our desks and office spaces.

No release date has currently been set for the Funkos, but the figures themselves will come with a MSRP of $10-$14. Personally, I’ll be holding out for a Haestan figure: he will be in many teensy-weensy battles and win them all.
