Ray Fisher (Cyborg) accused Justice League director Joss Whedon of unprofessional behavior, and the producers of enabling him. He’s getting into specifics.

Justice League star Ray Fisher, who played Cyborg, is once again leveling accusations against some of the people behind the movie, this time singling out producer Geoff Johns.

Some context: a little over a month ago, Ray Fisher called out Joss Whedon, who was brought in to direct Justice League after original director Zack Snyder had to step away do to a family emergency, for behavior that was “gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.” He hasn’t specified what that behavior is, but did later say that a “process … is being undergone to get to the heart of what I’m talking about.”

Fisher also roped in producers Geoff Johns and Jon Berg, accusing them of having “enabled” Whedon’s behavior. Berg has categorically denied the accusations. Neither Johns nor Whedon have commented.

Now, Fisher has come back with a specific accusation about a time when Johns “belittle[d] and admonish[ed]” him and his agent for trying to complain about Whedon:

This is getting more and more serious, and we’ll see what comes of it.

Fisher’s accusations come at an interesting time. Just the other day, we learned that WarnerMedia was laying off a large number of employees at DC Comics and likely shuttering the DC Universe streaming service. On top of that, there’s a major DC-focused event, the DC FanDome, set to go down virtually next Saturday. You have to wonder if any of this will get addressed there.

And Zack Snyder is still working to bring his Snyder Cut of Justice League to HBO Max. What next?
