The 20 best Star Wars characters who’ve never appeared on the big screen

6. Bastila Shan
Bastila Shan was a Jedi Knight during the Jedi Civil War, when Darth Revan and Darth Malak were wrecking havoc across the galaxy. She was known for a unique Force ability known as Battle Meditation, which allowed her to boost the morale, stamina, and battle capability of those who followed her.
Due to her unique ability, Bastila was given the task of leading a team to either kill or capture Darth Revan. This was around the time Darth Malak betrayed his master, and Bastila was successful. Afterwards, it was Bastila who convinced the Jedi Order to retrain Revan and ultimately pulled him back to the Light side of the Force.
But the drama wasn’t over. In the process of trying to defeat Malak, Bastila allowed herself to be captured so Revan and his compatriots could escape an attack. Bastila was then turned to the Dark Side and became Malak’s new apprentice.
Some time later, Bastila would come face to face with Revan. Revan wins their duel, and helps bring her back to the Ligth. Together, the two of them defeat Malak. Afterwards, the two get married. They have a son and enjoy a relatively peaceful life.
Revan goes on a new adventure as detailed in the novel Star Wars: The Old Republic: Revan, but Bastila’s journey pretty much comes to an end following the death of Darth Malak. She’s easily the most undervalued character from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and fans would love to see her in a movie or three.
