Emilia Clarke goes skydiving for her 34th birthday!

Emilia Clarke doesn’t have a dragon to fly around on, but in honor of her 34th birthday, the Game of Thrones star did the next best thing.

Emilia Clarke is the world’s sweetheart. As Daenerys Targaryen on Game of Thrones, she was always very serious and intense, but in life, she could not be more bubbly and approachable.

Clarke’s days as the Mother of Dragons may be behind her, but she’s still taking to the sky. Today is her 34th birthday, and to celebrate, she went skydiving.

“What could match the profound existential terror of another birthday?” she asks. “Jumping out of a goddam plane is what.” Can’t argue with that. I’d also like to direct everyone’s attention to her list of hilarious hashtags, especially #WhoSaysYouCanOnlyFlyDragons. I’d imagine literally jumping out of a plane in the sky is far better than sitting on a giant mechanical bull against a green screen and pretending you’re flying.

Also, I just learned today that Clarke and I are exactly a week apart in age, so I’m happy to share the astrological vibes of the Mother of Dragons!
