Maya Hawke, daughter of Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, stole the show as Robin in Stranger Things season 3. Now, her brother is coming aboard for season 4.
Did you know that Stranger Things features some Hollywood royalty in its cast? The third season of Netflix’s hit horror show introduced us to Robin, a clever high schooler who worked with Steve at the Scoops Ahoy ice cream shop in the mall. Robin is played by Maya Hawke, the daughter of Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, and she pretty much stole the show.
Hawke and the rest of the Stranger Things crew are now hard at work on the fourth season, with some new behind-the-scenes photos showing her looking very smart in a new jacket-and-tie combo:
Interestingly, other behind-the-scenes photos show Maya Hawke’s brother Levon on the set as well, dressed like a punk rocker:
So it looks like Maya got her little brother a gig! Will he go on to be a fan favorite like Robin, or is his character destined to be devoured by a demogorgon or some such before the first episode is over? We’ll have to wait for the new season to find out. At this point, a 2021 release looks likely.
Speaking of Stranger Things stars, Dacre Montgomery (Billy Hargrove) posted some fan-art of himself as Wolverine:
The topic of who’s going to play Wolverine in the inevitable Disney+ reboot of the X-Men has been a hot topic, with lots of names being thrown around. Normally, someone posting some fan-art wouldn’t be a big deal…expect that Montgomery quickly deleted this post just a few hours after it went up, leading to speculation that it might mean more.
Stay tuned…
