Chris Hemsworth gets shredded for Thor 4, and Chris Pratt is worried

Chris Hemsworth gets absolutely shredded ahead of Thor: Love and Thunder, Chris Pratt gets insecure, and Jeremy Renner keeps things in perspective.

Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) sparred through the Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, with Star-Lord afraid that Thor would try to take his place as leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy. With Thor now jetting off with the crew at the end of Endgame, it looks like that rivalry is just heating up, with miles to go before these two guys bury the hatchet…or the hammer, or whatever Thor is handling these days.

We’ll see Thor and Star-Lord together again in Guardians of the Galaxy 3, as well as Thor: Love and Thunder. We got a preview of what that might look like on Chris Hemsworth’s Instagram, where he showed off a picture of himself getting absolutely shredded. What else is there to do in quarantine, right?

I mean, my god, his bicep is as big as his head.

Pratt noticed too, and left a request in the comments:

"Hey bud. Just heard from my trainer and he needs you to stop working out because since we’re gonna be in the same movie and everything he doesn’t want me to stand next to you if you look like that, so I’m gonna need you to put on 25 lbs real quick cool thanks."

But don’t count on it happening. “Don’t worry mate, we can just both use the same fancy filter that’s been applied here. It’s called instashred,” Hemsworth replied.

Always helpful, fellow Avenger Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) helped put things in perspective by sharing a shot from behind the scenes of Endgame, when Hemsworth was wearing his fat-suit:

What a difference a year makes, huh? Maybe Hemsworth can bring the fat-suit to the set of Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and don it if Pratt gets too insecure. Or else flex in his face; it could go either way.

As long as we’re talking about Renner, the actor shared an intriguing image of himself beaten and bloodied on his Instagram Stories:

Does this mean that Renner has begun filming on his upcoming Hawkeye show on Disney+? The series was supposed to start shooting earlier this year, but like a lot of other productions, was delayed thanks to the coronavirus.

And if this shot isn’t from the Hawkeye shoot, is Renner okay?
