Game of Thrones alum Kit Harington (Jon Snow) returns to TV with a role in Modern Love season 2, where he’ll fight the armies of relationship difficulties.

The first season of Modern Love aired on Amazon Prime Video in October of 2019, and told interconnected stories about all different kinds of love, from romantic to platonic to self. It featured some pretty big names in the cast, including Anne Hathaway, Tina Fey, Andy García, Katherine Keener and more.

Season 2 will also swing pretty big, with appearances from the likes of Minnie Driver, Anna Paquin and Miranda Richardson. And according to Digital SpyGame of Thrones veteran Kit Harington will be part of the cast, just a Night’s Watchmen looking for love beyond the Wall…or in New York City, or wherever romantic comedies take place these days.

“We’re so excited to bring a second season of this series to life, and give an opportunity to really shine a light on what matters most,” said showrunner John Carney.

Harington is obviously best known as Jon Snow, who wasn’t known for his sense of humor, but he’s acquitted himself well in comedies before, like when he starred opposite Andy Samberg in tennis mockumentary 7 Days in Hell. But if romantic comedy lead Kit Harington doesn’t appeal to you, he’ll be back to his old tricks soon enough in the MCU movie Eternals, where he plays the superhero the Black Knight.

There’s no release date for Modern Love season 2 as of yet.
