Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon and the rest of the cast of the new Spider-Man movies are hard at work on the third film in the franchise, but we still don’t know what it’s called. The first two both had the word “home” in the title — Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home — so we’re all expecting that motif to continue. But the specifics elude us.
The three actors mentioned above know that, and they’re delighting in our desperation. All three took to Instagram to share fake titles…at least we think we think they’re fake; you be the judge, starting with Tom Holland’s contribution:
Spider-Man: Phone Home. Universal may sue them for for infringing on E.T. The Extra Terrestrial.
Next up is Zendaya:
Spider-Man: HomeSlice. Makes me hungry.
Finally, Jacob Batalon, who plays Peter Parker’s best friend Ned, threw out an idea:
Spider-Man: Home-Wrecker. I’d definitely watch that one.
What is the title of the third Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland
I was right! Shortly after the three fake titles came out, Marvel released a video revealing the actual title:
Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on December 17, 2021.
