Spider-Man: No Way Home set photo reveals first look at Doctor Strange
By Ariba Bhuvad
Very soon, we’ll be watching What If…?, a new Disney+ series about alternate versions of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and asks the age-old question: what if this happened instead of that? If we’re lucky, perhaps they’ll be an episode about multiple versions of Spider-Man crossing dimensions. And if the rumors are true, the upcoming Spider-Man movie Spider-Man: No Way Home will touch on this idea too.
We don’t have a trailer for the movie yet, but we do have a leaked set photo from Spider-Man: No Way Home that give us a few clues as to what to expect. The photo shows Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange standing outside a building that we can only presume is the Sanctum Sanctorum. It appears that’s he talking to Spider-Man, who is waving to him from across the street.
But that’s not the only thing that caught our eye…
Spider-Man: No Way Home leaked set photo reveals F.E.A.S.T.
In the leaked set photo, you can see a van with the F.E.A.S.T. logo on it. So what the heck is FEAST? It stands for Food, Emergency Aid, Shelter, and Training, a charity designed to help the homeless. With so many people returned after Thanos snapped away half of existence, you could see the use for such an organization.
But there’s a dark side to F.E.A.S.T. It was founded by Spider-Man villain Martin Li/Mister Negative as a front for his criminal enterprise. When he’s outed as a villain, F.E.A.S.T. shuts down, but later comes back as an actual charity organization run by none other than May Parker, Peter Parker’s aunt.
We saw Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) doing charity work in Spider-Man: Far From Home, so perhaps the movie is running with that storyline. Whether Mister Negative is involved is yet to be seen.
We’ll just have to wait until Marvel finally decides to release a trailer or promo to get more clues as to what the heck is going to happen in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Until then, you can check out our article below to see who is or isn’t officially appearing in the movie:
