Elliot Page made a name for himself in Hollywood over a decade ago in movies like Juno and X-Men: The Last Stand. He made waves in December of last year when he revealed on his Instagram that he was transgender. “I feel lucky to be writing this,” he wrote. “To be here. To have arrived at this place in my life. I feel overwhelming gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me along this journey. I can’t begin to express how remarkable it feels to finally love who I am enough to pursue my authentic self.

"I’ve been endlessly inspired by so many in the trans community. Thank you for your courage, your generosity and ceaselessly working to make this world a more inclusive and compassionate place.I will offer whatever support I can and continue to strive for a more loving and equal society."

It hasn’t been that long since Page came out as transgender, but he’s clearly gotten the hang of it. He recently shared a shirtless selfie on his Instagram Stories, showing off his ripped bod like so many other men:

Some fans have wondered where he is in this shot. It looks like some kind of trailer, but for what project? The most prominent thing Page has done in the past few years has probably been The Umbrella Academy, where he plays the violin-playing, apocalypse-prone Vanya Hargreeves. Could that be what we’re looking at?

When will Elliot Page return in The Umbrella Academy?

You’ll be able to see more of Elliot Page when The Umbrella Academy season 3 lands on Netflix, probably sometime in 2022.

Next. James Gunn almost made Superman the villain of The Suicide Squad. dark
