Want to stay in Disney’s Star Wars hotel for two nights? $5,000 please

A two-night stay aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser comes with training on how to operate the ship, meals, valet parking, and a MagicBand.
Disney made some announcements about its Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel the other day during the Disney World 50th Anniversary showcase. This “immersive experience” will take guests aboard the Halcyon, an in-universe starship they will trained to man and defend, becoming members of the First Order or the Resistance as they choose. For the price of entry guests also get a trip to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Galaxy’s Edge, two breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals per guest, a quick-service meal, valet parking, and an exclusive Galactic Starcruiser MagicBand.
And what is the price of entry? All this can be yours for the low price of $4809, to start.
Yep, that is a lot of galactic credits to pretend you’re fighting a star war for two days. IGN breaks down the price structure like this:
- Two guests per cabin: $1,209 per guest per night or $4,809 total
- Three guests per cabin (two adults, one child): $889 per guest per night or $5,299 total
- Four guests per cabin (three adults, one child): $749 per guest per night or $5,999 total
I mean, at least they have valet parking.
General bookings for the Galactic Starcruiser open on October 28 of this year, while the ship itself will take off for its maiden voyage on March 1, 2022.
