How long is Spirit Halloween open?

Halloween is almost upon us, which means that everyone is on the lookout for costumes, decorations, and piles of delicious candy. For the third one I recommend your local grocery store, but for the first two you’d be wise to consider Spirit Halloween, a holiday mainstay that pops up for a few months every year to supply the Halloween faithful with everything they need before vanishing into the night like a ghost.

In 1999, Spirit Halloween only had 60 locations worldwide. Today there are thousands across the U.S. and Canada. The stores usually open in late August, meaning you can go to them right now and transform yourself into a goblin, witch, airline pilot or what have you.

As for when they close, you have until November 2 to meet all of your Halloween needs. So if you have a hankering to get a long jump-start on the next holiday a day after this one, you have that option.
