What are the cast members of Game of Thrones up to here at the end of the year? As usual, lots.

Let’s start with Iwan Rheon, who played the sadistic Ramsay Bolton so well it’s kind of uncomfortable to see him in anything else. Case in point: CBR reports that he voices the lead role of the wizard Howl in BBC Radio 4’s new audio adaptation of Diana Wynne Jones’ classic 1986 children’s book Howl’s Moving Castle, about a girl turned into an old woman by a witch who finds refuge in Howl’s remarkable castle.

The book was famously turned into an animated adventure in 2004 by Studio Ghibli and director Hayao Miyazaki, and now it’s the BBC’s turn. You can hear Rheon’s work — and the rest of the talented cast — for a limited time here.

Game of Thrones cast members stunt for their favorite products

Moving on, we have a couple of quick commercials for you. Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) is out there repping for Clinique…

…while Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (Gregor “the Mountain” Clegane) goes medieval (must be familiar) for Warriors Beard Balm:

And finally, Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane) wants everyone to know that he will be at the Official Game of Thrones Fan Convention early next year in Las Vegas:

The Official Game of Thrones fan convention goes down this February, and we can’t wait to see what HBO pulls out for it! Perhaps a proper debut for Game of Thrones prequel series House of the Dragon…?
