Watch Game of Thrones vet Kristofer Hivju become Nivellen in The Witcher

The second season of The Witcher is now out on Netflix, and it includes an extended appearance from Kristofer Hivju, who Game of Thrones fans will remember as Tormund Giantsbane.

Of course, you may not recognize him on The Witcher, since his character Nivellen has been cursed to look like a frightful boar-man. There’s no mistaking the voice or the larger-than-life screen presence, though.

The Witcher has released a video exploring how Hivju got into character as Nivellen. Watch it below!

Maisie Williams teams with luxury company on a line of vegan handbags

As long as we’re talking about what Game of Thrones stars are getting up to, let’s check in with Maisie Williams, aka Arya Stark. The 24-year-old actress has teamed with luxury bag brand Coperni on a line of “vegan” bags made out of apple waste rather than animal leather, something more and more brands are doing nowadays.

“Based on iconic ‘swipe bag’, our new edition is made from apple leather and comes with five little apple sticker pins for you to customize yourself,” Williams wrote to on her Instagram. “I have loved making this collaboration with Coperni. I hope you love the bags and I hope this pushes more people to both shop and produce with materials that contribute towards a more sustainable future.”
