Take the Black: The first House of the Dragon impressions are here!

House of the Dragon is (almost) here! What do people think of HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel show? Also, we’ve got impressions of Prey and The Sandman.

It’s time for another episode of the Take the Black podcast, the show where we go over the latest happenings from the worlds of fantasy, sci-fi, TV and movies.

That said, we started as a Game of Thrones podcast and there’s a whole lotta Game of Thrones in the air right now, what with the prequel series House of the Dragon coming out in just a couple of weeks. Enough people have seen the premiere now that first impressions are starting to come out. What are people saying? Let’s take the look:

Of course, we hit a few more topics. Daniel reviews Prey, the new Predator movie that he loved, and I try to give my impressions of Netflix’s The Sandman without giving away too much. Overall, it’s a pretty packed episode!
