Knives come out in the trailer for House of the Dragon Episode 7

Hard as it is to believe, it looks like House of the Dragon will get even more intense in the next episode, “Driftmark.” Watch the trailer!

The first season of House of the Dragon has kicked off its second act. “The Princess and the Queen” not only introduced us to some new actors playing key characters, but also brought in a whole slew of brand new characters. The next episode, “Driftmark,” will move forward with this new set. Watch the preview below:

You could say this about every episode, but this looks intense. We’ll finally get the scene they’ve been teasing in trailers since the beginning, when Alicent pulls a knife on Rhaenyra at some kind of gathering, probably the funeral for Laena Velaryon. Funerals are tough enough already, you guys, could we at least not fight?

I’m also very intrigued by the whispers of, “Someone stole Vhagar.” How does one steal the biggest dragon in the world? Find out next week. It’ll also be fun to see Daemon Targaryen back among the main cast, now with his twin daughters Rhaena and Baela.

All that and Otto Hightower is apparently back as Hand of the King. The lines in the sand are being drawn.

“Driftmark” will air next Sunday on HBO and HBO Max.
