After careful consideration (ie crying), we’ve decided that “The Lord of the Tides” is the best installment of House of the Dragon yet. We break it down.

House of the Dragon is nearing the end of its first season, and happily, it looks like it’s saved the best for last. “The Lord of the Tides” was the best episode of the show so far, or at least the one that had us the most in our feels. We talk through it all on a new episode of Take the Black, our weekly chat show! Watch below:

It’s hard to pin down the best moment from this episode. Viserys’ heroic walk to the Iron Throne? Daemon cutting Vaemond off? The family dinner hung thick with tragedy? The ambiguous ending? This was a good one, people.
