Take the Black: Bitching and moaning about House of the Dragon Episode 9

While we enjoyed a few things, much of the new installment of Take the Black is devoted to whining about House of the Dragon Episode 9, “The Green Council.”

House of the Dragon Episode 8, “The Lord of the Tides,” was the best episode of the show so far. Episode 9, “The Green Council,” was…well, people have some divided opinions. We talk though them on the latest episode of our podcast, Take the Black:

What did you guys think of this one? Did the conflict seem as forced and weightless to you as it did to us? Was Rhaenys Targaryen’s big entrance at the end a thrilling climax or a needless empty action scene?
