The Boys star Chace Crawford stuns fans with jacked gym selfie

Filming on The Boys season 4 is underway, and while we don’t quite know when the upcoming season of Amazon’s Emmy-nominated superhero drama will return, we do know star Chace Crawford is hitting the gym to stay in top shape for his role as The Deep.
The 37-year-old actor recently took to Instagram to tease the upcoming fourth season of The Boys with a shirtless gym selfie that is turning heads. “Season 4 still gettin after it,” Crawford teased as he showed off his muscular physique mid-workout.
Fans were quick to compliment Crawford’s jacked biceps and defined six-pack abs, with Amazon’s social handles jumping into the comments to call Crawford “Vought’s sexiest man 2023” and joke that “Deep is driving the sea creatures wild with this one.”
Crawford’s fans weren’t the only ones sending compliments his way. Even Homelander himself was left stunned by Crawford’s shirtless gym selfie. “Ooooooofff you sexy hunk you,” commented Crawford’s costar Anthony Starr, reacting to the selfie which has already racked up more than 300,000 likes.
Is The Boys season 4 still filming?
Although an exact wrap date has not been confirmed, The Boys season 4 is still filming as confirmed most recently by Chace Crawford via Instagram. According to reports, filming is expected to continue through March 2023, which should give the creative team enough time to complete the season in time for a late 2023 release.
If filming indeed wraps in March, the show should remain on pace to premiere sometime in September 2023 and follow a release schedule similar to season 2, which kicked off in September 2020 and ran through October 2020.
