The Mandalorian release schedule
By WiC Staff
The third season of The Mandalorian is currently airing on Disney+, continuing the adventures of Din Djarin, Grogu, and the friends they make during their adventures throughout the galaxy. There are three episodes down and five to go in this eight-episode season. But when and where can you watch them?
The where is easy. All new episodes of the show drop on the Disney+ streaming service. As for the when, we already have all the dates. Check them out below:
- “Chapter 17: The Apostate”: March 1
- “Chapter 18: The Mines of Mandalore”: March 8
- “Chapter 19: The Convert”: March 15
- “Chapter 20: The Foundling”: March 22
- “Chapter 21”: March 29
- “Chapter 22”: April 5
- “Chapter 23”: April 12
- “Chapter 24”: April 19
The next episode, “The Foundling,” airs this Wednesday. It’s an intriguing title. Does it refer to Grogu, who’s training under Din Djarin? Or might it refer to Din himself? Either way, I smell some backstory coming.
Mandalorian release schedule
The Mandalorian is expanding its scope as it enters middle age. The most recent episode, “The Convert,” mostly took a break from Mando and Grogu to look at the plight of former Imperial converts on the city planet of Coruscant, possibly setting up key parts of the Star Wars sequel trilogy. It’s interesting, but the show has lost a bit of narrative momentum now that Grogu’s identity has been ferreted out. What is the show’s mission now?
Watch new episodes of The Mandalorian Wednesdays on Disney+. The season 3 finale drops on Wednesday, April 19.
